Hydro Excavation






Hydro excavation utilizes a high-pressure water stream to soften and break up the ground along with a high-powered vacuum that carefully removes the soil. Excavation and trenching are among the most hazardous construction operations, but when done safely hydro excavation can be more efficient and less destructive than traditional methods. There are many general excavation hazards and as well as risks specific to hydro excavation that workers must be trained for before the project starts.
