Paul Atchley gave an enlightening presentation for TEDx Talks at the TEDxYouthKC event in 2017. His research shows that drivers are four times more likely to get into a car crash while using their mobile phones – which is as bad or worse than drunk driving. Atchley is part of state and national efforts to reduce distracted driving and works with Fortune 500 companies to improve fleet safety.
